CAPE TOWN & PUBS >>

Cape Town is listed as one of the top 10 best tourist destinations in the world.

We boast many famous tourist attractions such as Table Mountain, Robben Island where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned, Boulders beach where the penguins live, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, Cape Point and many more. Cape Town is also well known for its lovely hiking trails, sea views and winelands to name a few.

The port of Cape Town was established as a refreshement station for Dutch ships all the way back in 1652, in fact records show that ships were stopping here for supplies and refreshments well before then. Our pubs have been catering for thirsty tourists for hundreds of years.

The locals of Cape Town have now joined the world wide boom in brewing craft beers in a big way. With no less than 40 established micro breweries around the Cape there are no shortages of examples to sample.

Listed below are just a few of the pubs and venues that supply a comprehensive selection of beers, from local to imported.
